H Group Lacrosse is an elite youth lacrosse training program in Bozeman, Montana, founded by Brian Hemming and Matt Barber. A division of H Group Coaching. Sessions focus on skill development, lacrosse IQ, and character for rising 3rd–12th grade athletes.

Brian Hemming (Head Coach & Founder) and Matt Barber (Coach & Co-Founder). Brian mentored Benny Pugh, NCAA Goalie of the Year 2017 and PLL athlete. Matt specializes in youth development, fundamentals, and character.

What do athletes work on at H Group Lacrosse?

Three pillars: Skill and Fundamentals, Lacrosse IQ and Decision-Making, and Compete and Character. High reps, game-like scenarios, minimal standing around.
